Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear signed-off on a warrant to bring convicted rapist John Buckley IV back to Kentucky.

Buckley was arrested in Wyoming last month after ten months on the run.

Investigators said he walked away from the Justice Center in downtown Lexington right before a jury returned a guilty verdict against him on rape and sodomy charges last July.

Investigators said he managed to cut-off an electronic monitoring device from this ankle as part of his run from authorities.
