Governor Orders Flags At Half Staff In Memory Of Connecticut School Shooting Victims

Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear has ordered flags at half staff in memory of the school shooting victims in Newtown, Connecticut.

The flags should remain lowered until Friday, December 21, 2012.

The Governor's request affects flags on state property, but Mr. Beshear urged everyone to lower their flags.
