Governor Beshear Signs 'Pill Mill Bill' Into Law

Strong words from Governor Steve Beshear Tuesday as he signed the 'Pill Mill Bill'.

The Governor gave the final okay on legislation that requires Kentucky pain clinics to be owned by medical practitioners.

It also requires prescribers to use an electronic prescription monitoring program

All of this is designed to crack down on pill abuse.

The Governor told illegal drug sellers Tuesday to "get out of this state, because we're coming after you."
