Lexington Police have issued a Golden Alert for a man that's been missing since Monday.
Police say Danny Croucher was last seen at a local hospital wearing a hospital gown and no shoes.
Officers add he was also hooked to a heart monitor the last time he was seen.
Anyone with information on Croucher's whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
