Lexington Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who walked away from a group home in Lexington early Tuesday morning and has not been seen since.

Police say 50 year-old Calvin Collins was last seen near the home on Old Todd's Road.

Authorities say Collins has the mental capacity of a four year-old.

They believe Collins is in a 'flight or fight' mode and has a tenancy to put on multiple long-sleeve shirts as "armor" and will hide from people especially strangers.

Police say in this heat, they are worried about Collins safety with so much clothing on.

Collins was last seen wearing a black and blue UK hat, multiple long-sleeve shirts and black shorts with blue velcro shoes.

Police say if you see Collins do not approach him, and call police.
