Versailles Police issued a Golden Alert for a local woman that's been missing since Monday.

Officials say Tammy Dyer, 50, who suffers from a diagnosed mild mental disability, was last seen Monday in Versailles.

Family members say they spoke with her early Tuesday by text message, but haven't seen or heard from her since.

They add she had said she wants to harm herself.

Dyer was last seen wearing blue jeans with a white belt, a pink shirt with "Peace" written on it, and white Nike tennis shoes.

She is driving a blue 2001 Pontiac Grand Am with Kentucky registration '612 AFZ'.

If anyone has any information about Tammy Dyer, they're asked to contact Lt. Daniel Clark at 859-509-1268.
