Golden Alert Issued For Missouri Man

 Winchester police are asking for help in locating a Missouri man who was traveling through Kentucky.
 Police said Daniel Sebacher, 81, was last seen driving on the I75/I64 interchange at around 5 p.m. Thursday.
 Sebacher suffers from dementia.
 Police said he was driving in a car behind his wife, who was traveling in an RV.
 They were heading to Maryland.
 Sebacher was driving a charcoal gray 2004 Ford Focus with Missouri license plate number PA2K8V.
 Winchester police ask anyone who spots Daniel Sebacher call them at (859) 745-7403.
