After some difficult times, including recalls, safety questions and an image hit, there is good news about the Georgetown-made Toyota Camry.

A top Toyota executive said sales were up almost 40-percent over the first seven months of 2012.

Senior Vice President Bob Carter said the Camry was reworked for the 2012 model year to be more stylish and fun to drive.  Carter said those features have attracted younger buyers.
