After a 10 month nationwide manhunt, the former Army Ranger was captured in Laramie, Wyoming in May.

Buckley fought extradition, but was returned to Kentucky on Tuesday on a plane normally used to transport the goveror since Buckley was considered a flight risk.

Buckley's new charges include bail jumping, tampering with a monitoring device, and contempt of court.
