Eating pancakes is enjoyable.

And Tuesday, it was also beneficial in Central Kentucky.

Every year The International House of Pancakes has a day when it gives customers a free 'short stack'.

In return, the chain asks for donations to the Children's Miracle Network.

The campaign is in its 7th year.

And last year, it raised about $2.5 million.
