Free comic books were given out today across the United States.

Comic book stores, including 'A-Plus Comics and Collectibles' in Lexington were helping fans reconnect or discover some of the world's greatest superheros today with gold and silver titles available.

'A-Plus Comics' owner says today is filled with pandemonium and excitement.

He says once a year, they are able to buy comic books at a low price, and give them to customers for free.
