Franklin County police have made two arrests after a robbery report. The clerk told officers that a man in a ski mask came into the store with a handgun, demanded money, and fled with an undetermined amount of cash. A short time later sheriff's deputy arrested 19-year-old Warren Dunn and charged him with first degree robbery. Frankfort Police also charged the clerk, 19-year-old John Traylor, with complicity to commit robbery. Both are in the Franklin County jail.
