I'm a little concerned that Eunice Monfort, the Human Resources Manager for Arts Electric, would be so outspoken about being descriminatory. Arent Human Resource workers legally required to remain unbiased and open to all races, creeds, gender, etc? If she feels strongly enough to say such things in a public setting then I have to imagine her feelings would leak into her decisions of who to hire.
