Police accuse four men of two arsons at the same place in Georgetown.

Authorities say Robert Farmer, Daniel Hill, and Rodney Smith caused damage to a dump truck and a business called "The Old Country Cupboard" in Georgetown.

Police say all are on video tampering with the dump truck, and add that there was a second fire at the same place.

Clinton Boyce has also been arrested. No picture is available for Boyce.
