Some light-hearted moments Thursday at the Kentucky Capitol as Former UK Basketball Coach Joe B. Hall took the floor.

He told the crowd, "Alright, this meeting can come to order. We're gonna take a vote on who's gonna win the game tomorrow night (cheers). If there's any Hoosiers in the audience, please exit to the nearest exit."

The General Assembly was acknowledging the vote putting Coach Hall in the College Basketball Hall of Fame.
