A former Scott County teacher accused of having sex with a teenage girl is in jail again.
Police in Scott County say Jason Carpenter is charged with criminal trespassing.
Police say Carpenter violated an order from Georgetown College to stay off campus property.
Georgetown Police could not say if the latest charge is connected to the original sex abuse case.
