Former Prosecutor Charged In Deadly Crash Pleads Not Guilty

A former assistant county attorney in Wayne County pleaded not guilty to charges in connection to a deadly car crash.

Investigators said Roderick Tejeda was speeding when he collided with a car driven by Jerus "Helen" Neal, 54, of Monticello.

The crash happened on Main Street on April 29, 2012.

Neal died at the scene.
