Crews in Rockcastle County say a forest fire is out.

The fire started at 4 p.m. Monday, and lasted until about 5:30 p.m. in Livington near Sand Hill Road.

Crews say the fire was burning downhill while the wind was blowing uphill, which made it easier for firefighters. A total of four acres had caught fire.
