The Department of Defense released a photo Friday that reminds all of us of the harsh reality of war.

The flag-draped coffin of Army Private Dustin Gross of Montgomery County arrived back in this country on Wednesday.

The 19-year old from Jeffersonville was killed in combat in Afghanistan.

His funeral arrangements are still pending.
