Fire demolished a house in Jessamine County overnight.

Fire crews tell ABC 36 that the fire broke out just after 11 p.m. Sunday on Makai Drive in Jessamine County, about a mile from Tates Creek Road.

Strong winds at the time made it tough for crews to bring the fire under control. When crews arrived, about half of the house was fully engulfed in flames. No one was injured in the fire.

The house is a total loss. A cause of the fire remains under investigation.
