Female Inmate Wanted After Not Returning To Madison Co. Jail

Troopers are looking for a female inmate who they said was supposed to return to the Madison County Detention Center.

State Police said 38-year-old Flora Carrier, 38, Richmond, was allowed to leave the jail Friday morning for a medical appointment.

Carrier was originally being held on shoplifting, burglary and drug charges.
