Fayette County students will give up two days off to help make up for the district's ten snow days.

The school board agreed Monday to cancel planned vacation days on February 17th and March 21st.

Students were originally supposed to be out for Presidents' Day and a teacher in-service day.

Now students will spend those days in the classroom.

If there are no other snow days this winter, the school year in Fayette County will end on June 5th instead of June 9th.
