Fayette County Jail Inmate Fails To Return From Work Pass

Fayette County jail inmate Robert Lee Eades, 38, didn't return to jail on Friday from a work pass, according to the Detention Center.

A news release from the jail said Eades was released on a work pass at 9:00 a.m. and was scheduled to return at 2:00 p.m. on September 27, 2013. 

The jail said Eades was behind bars on a charge of Assault 4th Degree.

He's described as white, 5'0", 130-pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.

A warrant for Escape 2nd Degree has been issued.
