Father Charged With Murdering His Newborn Baby Boy

A father was charged with murder in connection to the death of his 29-day old baby boy, according to the Fayette County Detention Center Website.

Lexington Police said the child, Caz Hazuga II, was found unresponsive at his home on Henton Road on Thanksgiving morning.

The child was rushed to Saint Joseph Hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to the Fayette County Coroner's Office.

A release from the coroner's office said the cause and manner of death were pending investigation.

According to the jail Website, Caz Hazuga, 22, of Lexington, was booked into the detention center Friday night and charged with murder.
