Father Arrested After Toddlers Found Wandering Alone

 A father was arrested after his small children were found wandering alone outside a Lexington apartment complex late Tuesday night.
 According to police, a person found two boys, both 2-years-old, walking alone in a parking lot at around 9:45 p.m.
 The person called police, who located the toddlers' father.
 They said James Peters, 28, was found passed out in an apartment. 
 Police said they are not sure how long the children were on their own.
 Peters was charged with wanton endangerment and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
