Fatal Interstate Crash Reported in Rockcastle Co.

According to State Police, a single-vehicle accident on Friday morning left a man dead close to the 59 mile marker in I-75.

They said 45-year-old Anne Bushey of Ontario, Canada was headed south when she hit a rock wall and flipped over.

Her passenger, 48-year-old Paul Bushey, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another passenger, a 17-year-old, was flown to UK Hospital. The extent of her injuries remains unknown.

Drugs and alcohol were not suspected.
