The Harrison County Sheriff says one man is dead and three others taken to a local hospital after a van flipped over into a drainage ditch Sunday afternoon on Highway 39, about six miles outside of Cynthiana.

Sheriff Bruce Hampton says the victim drowned after being trapped in the van which landed upside down in about three feet of water.

Hampton says there is a strong possibility alcohol may have been involved in the crash. He says the four men appear to of been construction contractors out of Ohio.
