FDIC Shuts Down Lexington's First Federal Bank

Customers of 'First Federal Bank' will soon be doing business with somebody else.

First Federal was shut down Friday by the FDIC.

The FDIC then reached an agreement with 'Your Community Bank' of Indiana.

It's assuming First Federal's assets.

Lexington's five branches will reopen Saturday under the name 'Your Community Bank.'
