The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office said Gregorio Avina, 40, of Eubank, was indicted on sex abuse charges.

He's accused of inappropriately touching three young girls, ages 10, 12, and 14, according to investigators.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office said in July, Avina had been giving rides on a four-wheeler (ATV) to two neighbor girls when he fondled them while they were sitting in front of him on the vehicle.

The Sheriff's Office said a third girl came forward during the investigation claiming that she had also been touched inappropriately by Avina.

Investigators said the indictment charged Avina with three counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, which is a class C felony.

Investigators said Avina is out of jail on a $20,000 cash or property bond.
