An inmate who walked away from the Blackburn Correctional Complex on January 20 was arrested Friday in Pulaski County, according to officials.

Billy Rose, 36, was reportedly caught by Constable Mike Wallace in the Somerset area and lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.

Rose had been serving a 15-year sentence for previous incidents he was accused of in the Pulaski County area, including burglary, robbery and trafficking a controlled substance.

Rose would have been eligible for parole in April of 2016, but his latest charges now include criminal trespassing, receiving stolen property and another count of burglary.
