UPDATE: Escaped Blackburn Inmate Recaptured In Somerset

Police said an escaped Blackburn Prison inmate has been arrested in Somerset.

According to corrections officials, Billy Rose walked away from the minimum security prison in Lexington on January 20th.

Officials announced Monday that Rose was recaptured last Friday in Somerset.

Corrections officials said Rose had been serving a 15-year sentence for robbery when he escaped.

Rose would have been eligible for parole in 2016.
