Electric Cooperatives' Cybersecurity To Be Evaluated

A federal grant will pay for 6 of Kentucky's electricity distribution cooperatives to have their cybersecurity measures evaluated by a consulting firm.
A federal grant will pay for the consulting firm, C.H. Guernsey & Co., to evaluate cybersecurity risks at 6 of Kentucky's electricity distribution cooperatives.

The Public Service Commission says cyber attacks are one of the greatest threats to the power grid.
