An eighty year old home was destroyed in a fire on Friday morning.

Fire Officials in Brodhead responded to a fire on Quail Road around 3 a.m.

The fire department tells us that the home was eighty years old.

The home owner lives in Irvine.

Due to the location, crews had to bring large equipment to get the flames out.

Thankfully, no one was injured.

The fire is still under investigation.

The cause is unknown.
