Several communities in Eastern Kentucky are still trying to rebuild their lives after those heavy floods 6 months ago.
Large neighborhoods were affected last summer when several inches of rain pounded down on parts of Bell, Knox, Perry, Breathitt, Knott and Magoffin counties.
Federal help is available for families working to repair their homes.
But others have reportedly moved on from the area to rebuild elsewhere.
