EKU students braced themselves for some loud noise Thursday night.
So-called 'bird bombing' was scheduled to happen until 7:30pm.
The plan included the firing of a special pellet gun in different places to scare away a huge number of starlings that have returned to campus.
The idea was that the pellet would make a noise that would frighten the birds.
