A team teaching approach in a college classroom isn't new.

What's unique about a political science class at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond is who's teaching the course.

Sixth District Congressman Andy Barr, a Republican from Lexington, is teaching the course with Eastern Kentucky University President Michael Benson.

President Benson said 'Political Science 405' is the only class of its kind.

The students called it a once in a lifetime opportunity with insight from the instructors you can't get from a textbook.
