Drizzle, Fog & Mist - Tuesday

Drizzle, Fog & Mist - Tuesday

Though we're not expecting widespread showers or storms, I'd suggest having an umbrella on hand just to be on the safeside today.
Afternoon Update:

On our LIVE Viper HD Radar, we're continuing to track pop up showers.  A few thunderstorms may develop later this afternoon as an area of low pressure with trailing cold front brushes across the Blue Grass and eastern KY.  A few of those thunderstorm could produce gusty winds, small hail and heavy rainfall.  Temperatures should top out in the low to mid 70s under cloudy skies.

If you're heading out and about this morning, look for a few areas of patchy fog, mist and drizzle.  Look for temps by this afternoon to top out in the low 70s under a blanket of clouds.  Isolated showers are in the forecast for this afternoon, and there are an isolated chance we could hear a rumble of thunder & see a flash of lightning especially in our northeastern counties.

By Thursday, we're forecasting temps in the mid to upper 70s with a big cool down by late weekend.
