Dog Shot And Killed In Front Yard

A Lexington woman says someone shot and killed her dog while it was out in the yard.

Police were called Monday night to a home on Chiles Avenue.

The woman says one of her two boxers was in front of the house when someone shot him.

The owner says, “ Earl was like my child. He was my baby boy, you know. And it was just like someone killing my child. So....i just hope they catch em'.”

No arrests have been made in the shooting.
