In Frankfort, dozens rallied Wednesday in the capitol rotunda to call attention to the needs of Kentucky's disabled.
The United 874-K Coalition represents 874-thousand Kentuckians with some kind of disablity. It's 23 percent of the state's population.
They say they want state leaders to address their needs, despite the current budget shortfall.
