Derby Party Raises Money for Kentucky Children's Hospital

The Kentucky Derby may be a week away, but one group in Lexington got the party started early. The Makenna Foundation its annual fundraiser event tonight with a more relaxed theme than usual: Jeans, Jewels, and Juleps. There was live music, and auction, and dinner, but organizers say it was all about kids. All of the money raised will go to the Makenna David Pediatric Emergency Center at the Kentucky Children's Hospital. ABC 36's Tom Kenny emceed the event.
