The Boyle County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Eric Nelson, a known sex offender.

Officials said Nelson is wanted in Lexington for a robbery charge.

Deputies said he should be considered armed and dangerous.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a home in Boyle County that Nelson was supposed to be living at and he was not there.

Deputies are now calling him a fugitive for being a non-compliant sex offender.

Nelson is on the sex offender list for rape and sodomy of a 13-year-old child.

Anyone with information Nelson should contact their local authorities.
