Deputies say an escaped inmate is now in custody.

We're still waiting on details on the arrest of Daniel Patterson, Junior, which deputies say happened Friday night.

The Estill County Jail says Patterson was on his way to court Wednesday when he made a run for it.

Authorities say he was originally in jail in Clark County on an armed robbery charge, but was taken for a court appearance in Estill County in a domestic violence case.
