Investigators say a man shot and killed his estranged wife, and then turned the gun on himself.

It happened Friday morning at a home on Railroad Lane in Clark County.

The Winchester Sun says 49-year-old Jeffrey Bishop and 38-year-old Mary Ann Bishop were pronounced dead at the scene.

The newspaper quotes the Sheriff, as saying the couple was in the process of getting a divorce and had argued.

Sheriff Berl Perdue says a family member saw Jeffrey shoot Mary.

Perdue tells the paper Jeffrey later shot himself.
