Three Killed in Whitley County Crash

State Police said three people were killed and three injured in a two-vehicle collision on I-75 in Whitley County.

Investigators said it happened Friday afternoon in the northbound lane at mile marker 19.

The northbound lane was shutdown following the accident.

Traffic was diverted off the Interstate at Exit 15 in Williamsburg and back on the Interstate at Exit 25 in Corbin. 

No names have been released.

The accident is still under investigation.
