Police said on Thursday that two search warrants issued in the 4000 block of North Cross Point in Richmond led to the discovery of around 60 separate packs of heroin, scales, plastic baggies, and $217 in cash.

21-year-old Christopher Mullins, 42-year-old Jermaine Twilley and 24-year-old Jermaine Benning were arrested.

Several hours later, 36-year-old Jennifer Mullins was caught and taken into custody.

The website for the Secretary of State and an annual report list Jennifer Mullins as owner and director of Jen's Little Rascals Learning Center in Richmond.

All four suspects were charged with trafficking a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jennifer and Christopher Mullins were also charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Workers at Jen's Little Rascals Learning Center had no comment on Mullin's arrest.
