Two Covington Day Care workers say they are guilty of duct taping an 18-month old boy to mat so that he would go to sleep.
20-year-old Alicia Lyons and 19-year-old Justine Rogers plead guilty to taping the boy to the mat Friday.
Mustard Seeds Day Care, where it happened, had their license suspended in January.
Lyons and Rogers will be sentenced in September.
