Date Announced For Free Flu Friday

The Fayette County Health Department has announced a date for Free Flu Friday.

The one-day clinic will be held October 12th from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Imani Family Center. The health department says they are prepared to give out 2,000 shots to Lexington residents.

The health department says if you can't make the 12th, then you can still get shots every Tuesday at the Public Health Clinic on Newtown Circle Road from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The cost is $25 a shot.
