Danville Police: Ohio Man Hit by Train

      Thirty-eight ear old Kevin Jackson from Hamilton, Ohio was in Danville visiting family
Saturday night, but he never made it.

      His body was found near railroad tracks where he was struck by a train.

      Danvillle Police say Jackson's body was found 70 yards away from where the train initially hit him.

     The incident happened above  Maple Avenue on a railroad overpass around 11pm Saturday night.

     Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene by the Boyle County Coroner.

     According to Danville Police Jackson was in an nearby neighborhood prior to his accident, they say how he ended up on the railroad tracks is still a mystery.

     Police say it appeared Jackson was walking without shoes and did not have a wallet or identification on him at the time of the accident.

      They say it is unclear at this time if alcohol was a factor.

      Jackson's family was unable to be reached.
