Firefighters found a lot of smoke but not a lot of fire when they are called to a Lexington restaurant Friday morning.
Firefighters said when they arrived at the School restaurant on Old Todd's Road and opened the front door, smoke poured out.
Once they got inside however, they discovered the fire was contained to a kitchen appliance.
The fire did not spread anywhere else and they were able to get it out quickly.
There is no word yet on a cause.
