Crash Closes Part of I75

An accident on I75 in Fayette County closed part of the road and sent one person to the hospital Thursday.
 Lexington police said a car traveling southbound on I75 near Iron Works Pike hit two semi-trucks just after midnight.
 The driver of the car was thrown from the vehicle.
 He was rushed to the University of Kentucky hospital with life-threatening injuries.
  The drivers of the two semi-trucks were not injured.
 The Crash Reconstruction Unit was called in to investigate.
